We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, business details, website URL, logo, advertising content, campaign preferences, billing details, support messages, and other information you choose to submit.

We also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, interactions, approximate location, campaign activity, and cookies or similar technologies.

We use information to provide and improve PPINGG, scan submitted websites, generate campaign recommendations, create and deliver ads, process payments, measure performance, prevent fraud, secure accounts, provide support, comply with law, and communicate with you.

When you submit a website, we may retrieve publicly available text, images, contact details, and business information from that site to prepare insights and campaign assets. You confirm that you are authorized to submit the website and use its materials.

We may send essential service emails. If you consent to SMS, we may send campaign status, account, support, and low-balance alerts; frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We share information only as needed with providers that support our operations, such as payment processors, communications providers, cloud hosting, analytics services, and CTV, mobile, publisher, and advertising platforms. We may also disclose information for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, corporate-transaction, or consented purposes.

With your consent, we also share usage events with measurement and advertising providers - Meta (Meta Pixel), TikTok (TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API), and Google (Google Analytics) - to measure performance and improve our advertising. Where identifiers such as email or phone number are involved, they are shared only in hashed (SHA-256) form.

PPINGG does not sell your personal information.

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep the service working, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and measure campaigns. Browser controls may let you limit cookies, although some features may not work correctly.

Third-party measurement and advertising tools used on this site include the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel (including TikTok's server-side Events API), and Google Analytics (GA4). These tools run only after you accept analytics cookies, collect usage events such as page views and actions you take on the site, and may be used for measurement and remarketing. You can opt out through your cookie choice on this site and through the providers' own controls, including Meta ad preferences, TikTok ad settings, and Google Ads Settings.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

When you delete your account. Your login and profile are deleted and we stop sending you emails. We keep a limited record (name, email, business name and website, plan, payment totals, signup and deletion dates, and how you found us) for billing, tax and legal duties, fraud and abuse prevention, and internal analysis to improve our product, used only in ways consistent with why you gave it to us. We do not sell this record or use it to market to you. It is kept for up to 3 years, then deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner through our contact page at ppingg.com/contact, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and may withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

PPINGG is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Our service may link to websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and PPINGG is not responsible for them.

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised version and update the date above, and provide additional notice when required by law.
